QUALITY POLICY

The policy of AG Fastenings is to provide products and service that give complete customer satisfaction and
are “DELIVERED ON TIME EVERY TIME”.
We recognize that the future success of AG Fastenings depends on three defining factors – price, delivery and
the quality of our products and services we supply. The quality of our products and service must be of the
highest possible standard if we are to achieve the ever-increasing demands of our customers.
Our objectives are to supply goods and services that are fit for purpose and completely satisfy our customers
needs and expectations and to establish and maintain a quality management system that meets the global
standards. AG Fastenings continually review the quality objectives including at our annual management review
meeting.
Conformance to the procedures of our quality management system must be understood by all our employees
and the company will ensure that the policy is implemented and maintained at all levels within our business.
In addition to strict adherence to such procedures, we will continually develop and maintain the “right
attitude” towards high quality achievements throughout the whole business and continually strive to improve
our quality management system.
